AMD Radeon RX 550 review: A thrilling budget graphics card with a perplexing price The laser-focused Radeon RX 550 could have been the graphics card e-sports enthusiasts were waiting for.
Radeon RX 550 is AMD’s first graphics card based on new silicon since its Polaris 11-based Radeon RX 460. The company says RX 550 is 1080p-capable in a number of popular e-sports games, adding ...
AMD's total board power rating for the Radeon RX 550 is 50W, and we measured worst-case gaming power consumption at 47W. Due to aggressive throttling, MSI's RX 550 Aero ITX 2GB does even better ...
The AMD Radeon RX 550 is based on a new Polaris GPU known as Polaris 12 and internally known as Lexa Pro. This card would feature only 512 stream processors, 32 TMUs and 16 ROPs.
The AMD Radeon RX 500 series will also be utilizing a refreshed reference cooling system. All cards except the Radeon RX 550 will use dual fan cooling solutions as standard which means better cooling.
The Radeon RX 550 Mobile is a graphics card by AMD, launched in July 2017. Built on the 14 nm process, and based on the Lexa graphics processor, in its Lexa PRO variant, the card supports DirectX 12.0.

The same performance, but GT 1030 is trustful. Don't need to care about anything like BIOS, Driver, etc... And, some lower budget than RX 550.

Rx 550 4gb vs rx 560 2gb Both have the same cost, so what is worth more 2x vram from 550 or 2x stream processors from 560+ clock speed?

vram is irrelevant to actual performance the same for stream processors
the 560 is superior
the gtx 1050 ti should be around the same price and is better

RX 550 vs GT 1030 How do the RX 550 and the GT 1030 compare?
If the RX 550 is better, are there any low profile single slot cards out there?

The RX 550 is a little bit faster than the GT 1030. Low profile single slot cards also exist.
The problem here is that the RX 550 is currently more expensive than it is really worth. It is only 14% faster but is - more expensive.

Fanless vs fan GPUs (GT 1030/RX 550) I noticed that some manufacturers have made fanless versions of these budget GPUs. However, are there any difference in gaming performance between fanless and fan? If not, then I'll consider buying the fanless one for my silent gaming PC build

Usually the fanless components are slower, due to lower clock speeds in order to keep temperatures down. You know how if you overclock something it runs hotter? The reverse is also true. You don't get something for nothing. If you want silence you usually have to give up some performance.
The real question here is even if they are slower, does it matter? Maybe they are still fast enough to suit your purposes. For instance, maybe for you 50fps silent is better than 60fps with fan noise. On the other hand, if these low budget cards barely manage 35fps in the games you want to play, giving up even a small amount of performance is out of the question.

RX 550, R7 250 or GT 1030? Been searching for a graphics card for a friend, prefferably one that doesnt need a 6 pin PCIE power connector, since his psu doesn't have one, and i've been stuck between these ones. Please help. Also, I'm reffering to the GDDR5 version of all the cards.

Radeon rx 550 vs rx 560 Hi! Is it worth paying extra ~16€ for rx 560 if I don't play games? I am a graphic designer but I don't work with 3d or anything high demanding. So far I've managed to live with an old GeForce 8600 gt.

If you use OpenCL accelleration for anything in your workflow, then yes. Otherwise, no.

GPU/GTX 1050t/RX 550/RX 560 Hi there,
I'm looking for a present for my friend and I was wondering which of the following cards is better: GTX 1050ti 4GB, RX550 4GB, RX560 4GB. 1) Is there a model that gives more FPS than the others 2) Noise factor 3)Temperature And I hope you can tell me about the compatibility: will an AMD card work with an i7 4... (4 generation) or i7 5...(5 generation) cpu ?? In my country they all cost from 150Euro to 200 Euro

1050ti is better than rest of listed. Difference between models is only cooling solution but i recommend gigabyte, Msi has superior cooling but it comes pricier. Well my msi is quiet till 60*C and still, Unless you ramp up fans till 4krpm and then its audible like jet. Temps? Cool, full speed 40*C under full load on aida64. .... It doesnt matter if amd-intel nor intel-nvidia they dont have anything to do with compability, thats usually with motherboard and drivers.

OC RX550 Equal to RX560 Hello I Have RX550 OC From Sapphire and G4560 with H110M from Asrock.
I just realized that my rig is bottleneck. from http://thebottlenecker.com it's 11% from weak GPU and above 10% consider as Bottleneck . and RX560 is the best one to pair with g4560.
I would to asking, if i overclock my gpu, +100 Mhz core clock, and +75 Mhz Memory clock. does it will be equal to RX 560?
If it's not would you give me a suggestions, how far i can overclock Rx550 that would be equal to Rx560. so i can remove the bottleneck at least 9-10%. Thanks guys!

I think you are overreacting to the term bottleneck, your GPU and CPU are a pretty good combo.
Overclocking your rx550 won't make it perform like a rx560 , that being said overclocking your rx550 is always an option to get the most performance out of the hardware you have.
go through the process and find whatever overclock settings your card can handle, here is a decent guide- https://www.pcgamesn.com/hardware-guides/overclocking-guide-how-to-overclock/#overclock_GPU

RX 550 or GT 1030 For Photoshop Hey everyone!
A friend of mine uses Photoshop , illustrator etc for work I want to give him a gift and I can't decide between
He doesn't know how to overclock and he wants a GPU basically for work not so much for games (The GPU that he uses now is GeForce 9600 GT Asus Magic HDMI 512MB Edition and he uses a CORE 2 QUAD Q6600 not overclocked CPU)
Basically I want to give him as a gift a better GPU than the 9600 GT but for Photoshop and editing not so much for games
O que considerar antes de comprar uma placa gráfica
Se você planeja atualizar seu sistema comprando uma nova placa gráfica. Depois, há alguns fatores importantes a serem considerados.
Resolução VS Quality: impacto no desempenho do jogo
