RX 590 with X9775 1080p, 1440p, 4K benchmarks at Ultra Quality

At 1440p, RX 590 can hit 50-60 fps on pretty much everything at ultra, just without antialiasing, less ambient occlusion and turned down shadows. It is clear that the RX 590 is a significantly more capable high-end card that can play AAA titles at 1080p/1440p with 50-60 frames per second. The price/performance ratio is excellent for RX 590 against the competition in budget mid-range cards. It is worth noting that the RX 590 is a very power hungry card and requires a decent power supply unit. In terms of memory, the RX 590 's 8192 MB RAM is more than enough for modern games and should not cause any bottlenecks. This combination between RX 590 and Intel Core2 Extreme X9775 @ 3.20GHz is going to cause serious bottlenecks in many games and cause severe FPS loss.

Overall Combination Score 71/100 Very Good

AMD ’s xx90 cards have always been defined by high-end prices with performance that knocks on the door of extreme graphics cards – especially when overclocked. After taking the time to fully test the GCN 4.0 graphics card inside the RX 590, we can say without a doubt that it continues the trend. For 1080p Full HD, we were able to play Monster Hunter: World, GreedFall, Final Fantasy XV, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, F1 2019 at 64 fps to 75 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 69 fps.

For 1440p Quad HD, we were able to play Apex Legends, Resident Evil 2, Forza Horizon 4, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Strange Brigade at 60 fps to 67 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 64 fps.
