RX 580 with Phenom II X6 1100T 1080p, 1440p, Ultrawide, 4K benchmarks at Ultra Quality

At 1440p, RX 580 can hit 50-60 fps on pretty much everything at ultra, just without antialiasing, less ambient occlusion and turned down shadows. It is clear that the RX 580 is a significantly more capable high-end card that can play AAA titles at 1080p/1440p with 50-60 frames per second. The price/performance ratio is excellent for RX 580 against the competition in budget mid-range cards. In terms of memory, the RX 580 's 8192 MB RAM is more than enough for modern games and should not cause any bottlenecks. This combination between RX 580 and AMD Phenom II X6 1100T is going to cause serious bottlenecks in many games and cause severe FPS loss.

Overall Combination Score 70/100 Very Good

AMD ’s xx80 cards have always been defined by mid-range prices with performance that knocks on the door of high-end graphics cards – especially when overclocked. After taking the time to fully test the GCN 4.0 graphics card inside the RX 580, we can say without a doubt that it continues the trend. The RX 580 is much more cheaper than the RX 480 as it costs $ 229. Compare this to the RX 480, which came originally at a price of $ 400. Meanwhile, the NVIDIA closest equivalent card is the GTX 1060 6GB which costs $ 254.

Unfortunately, gaming performance was not quite as impressive. Even if the RX 580 consistently delivers frame rate increases over the RX 480, the gain is not much to justify an upgrade. For 1080p Full HD, we were able to play Final Fantasy XV, Apex Legends, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, F1 2019, Forza Horizon 4 at 62 fps to 68 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 65 fps.

For 1440p Quad HD, we were able to play Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Fallout 76, World War Z, Battlefield V at 64 fps to 70 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 66 fps.

The RX 580 and FX 6300 works fine. This says that on Ultra quality you'll only get about 20 FPS, that's not true. I have this combo and on Fortnite I get about 80 FPS on Epic at 1080p. On Apex Legends I get about 100 FPS also on max settings.

The RX 580 is awesome I'm using it with ryzen 2600 and I'm playing every AAA idle at Altra at 60 frames a second easy even Fallout 4 modded to death which would lag down my other system to like 10 frames per second is a stationary 60
