RX 580 with Athlon II X4 630 1080p, 1440p, 4K benchmarks at Ultra Quality
At 1440p, RX 580 can hit 50-60 fps on pretty much everything at ultra, just without antialiasing, less ambient occlusion and turned down shadows. It is clear that the RX 580 is a significantly more capable high-end card that can play AAA titles at 1080p/1440p with 50-60 frames per second. The price/performance ratio is excellent for RX 580 against the competition in budget mid-range cards. In terms of memory, the RX 580 's 8192 MB RAM is more than enough for modern games and should not cause any bottlenecks. This combination between RX 580 and AMD Athlon II X4 630 is going to cause serious bottlenecks in many games and cause severe FPS loss.

AMD ’s xx80 cards have always been defined by mid-range prices with performance that knocks on the door of high-end graphics cards – especially when overclocked. After taking the time to fully test the GCN 4.0 graphics card inside the RX 580, we can say without a doubt that it continues the trend. The RX 580 is much more cheaper than the RX 480 as it costs $ 229. Compare this to the RX 480, which came originally at a price of $ 400. Meanwhile, the NVIDIA closest equivalent card is the GTX 1060 6GB which costs $ 254.
Unfortunately, gaming performance was not quite as impressive. Even if the RX 580 consistently delivers frame rate increases over the RX 480, the gain is not much to justify an upgrade. For 1080p Full HD, we were able to play Final Fantasy XV, Apex Legends, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, F1 2019, Forza Horizon 4 at 62 fps to 68 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 65 fps.
For 1440p Quad HD, we were able to play Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Fallout 76, World War Z, Battlefield V at 64 fps to 70 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 66 fps.
The RX 580 sits between the RX 590 and the GTX 1650 SUPER, falling slower than RX 590 by 10.7% and faster than GTX 1650 SUPER by 1.3%. It has an average relative performance against every graphics card here. Against its rival - the GTX 1060 6GB, the RX 580 is much slower. Compared to its higher sibling, the RX 580 was much slower than the RX 590 by more than 20%.
The RX 580 sits between the GTX 1060 6GB and the GTX 1060 3GB, falling slower than GTX 1060 6GB by 2.9% and faster than GTX 1060 3GB by 2.4%. It has an average relative performance against every graphics card here. Its results are actually indistinguishable from those of the GTX 1060 6GB. Against its rival - the GTX 1060 6GB, the RX 580 is much slower. Compared to its higher sibling, the RX 580 was much slower than the RX 590 by more than 20%.

The RX 580 and FX 6300 works fine. This says that on Ultra quality you'll only get about 20 FPS, that's not true. I have this combo and on Fortnite I get about 80 FPS on Epic at 1080p. On Apex Legends I get about 100 FPS also on max settings.

What to Consider Before Buying a Graphics Card
If you have been planning to upgrade your system by purchasing a new graphics card. Then there are some important factors to consider.
Resolution VS Quality: Impact on Game Performance
What affects game performance? Clarity or Details?
Ultra VS High Quality Settings in PC Games
Every player has a different notion about the ideal setting for PC games. But in most cases, opting for a High quality graphics configuration is the way to go.
What are CPU or GPU Bottlenecks?
Are you getting sudden frame drops? you might have a bottleneck.
What is the acceptable FPS speed for me?
For some games, you can still enjoy great garphics at lower frame rates.
