With regards to max load temperature, the GTX 1650 Max-Q 's cooling is excellent at keeping it cool and under control. With current 4096 MB RAM, the GTX 1650 Max-Q can have very few memory-related bottlenecks in more modern games.

AMD Radeon RX 470 Mobile / i7-6700K

In terms of cost, pricing clearly is a genuine issue here and the price of RX 470 Mobile is simply ridiculous. In terms of memory, the RX 470 Mobile 's 8192 MB RAM is more than enough for modern games and should not cause any bottlenecks.
